The Center is also lining up interviews with Kapampangans who have stories to tell about their experiences with Mount Pinatubo’s eruption last June 15, 1991 and the subsequent lahar flows in their respective towns.

“The Jews who survived the Holocaust have their testimonies on tape,” Tantingco said. “Kapampangans experienced a similar life-altering event and their stories should never be forgotten.”
